Linseed prices in Europe had been trending generally lower for a number of months as flax from Kazakhstan and Russia have moved into the market. In the past few weeks however, the Rotterdam price has bounced from multiyear lows and is showing some modest strength. Flax crops in Canada and the Black Sea will determine the next market move.
