Canadian flax exports through licensed channels (excluding containers and direct US trucking) ended the 2014/15 marketing year on a slower note but at 450,000 tonnes, was equal to the 10-year average. This exceeded both last year and the 5-year average which was largely the post-Triffid era. This indicates the Canadian flax market has now recovered from that issue.
