Normally, deliveries of flax into the elevator system are starting to rise by now, but this year, deliveries are declining. Most of those lower deliveries are related to harvest delays, with a large portion of the crop still in the field. Strong deliveries in the first few weeks of 2016/17 have kept the year-to-date total close to last year.
