Canadian flax exports ramped up in December, hitting 124,000 tonnes and bringing the year-to-date total to 233,000 tonnes. This is positive although December tends to be a strong month. This amount brings the pace closer to the 10 year average of 266,000 tonnes but remains behind last year’s pace of 300,000 tonnes.
