Since the big mid-December surge in volumes, flax exports have been fairly quiet. That’s normal at this time of year with the Seaway frozen and the Chinese New Year celebrations. One small shipment went to China in mid-January but most of the exports have been smaller volumes to the US. Typically, volumes don’t start to increase for another eight weeks.
