After US flax prices declined from the highs seen in 2014/15, bids at country elevators have moved mostly sideways through the last several months. This year, bids have remained in the middle of the range seen in 2009/10 and before, mostly $7.00-9.00 per bushel. In the past several weeks, US bids have softened slightly more but still remain in the longer-term range.
