Chart of the Week

August 4, 2017 Flax Chart, Flax News 0 Comments Through the first half of 2017, Chinese flax imports have been relatively modest, at least compared to the previous two years. So far in 2017, China has imported 169,000 tonnes, roughly 100,000 tonnes less than 2015 and 2016. Part of the reason for the slower pace was the surge in imports in late 2016 which built up Chinese inventories.
